Qi represents the flow of energy that connects the forces of Yin and Yang. Yang symbolizes heavenly energy that descends to Earth, while Yin denotes earthly energy that rises towards the heavens. My deep dive into herbal studies unveiled Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) as one of my preferred holistic approaches. The concept of Qi fascinated me due to its role in linking us with both the celestial and terrestrial realms. As Yang embodies heavenly energy and Yin embodies earthly energy, everything in between—including humanity—exists in harmony with the life force that sustains us.
Life Force Energy
When we discuss life force energy, we're referring to Qi, which, when directed by conscious intent, enriches our lives with deeper significance. Conversely, being unaware of this energy can lead to a mundane existence, preventing us from realizing the greatness that is inherently ours.
