Initially viewed as a mere substitute for plugins, GPTs offer far more capabilities than most realize.

For example, the Scraper GPT enables seamless data extraction from websites using simple prompts. Just provide the link and specify what data you need—it’s that easy! Here are a couple of useful GPTs for data analysts:

• Data Analyst GPT: Produces reports, visualizations, and data cleaning.
• Excel GPT: Generates Excel formulas from scratch.

Beyond data analysis, the GPT Store features various tools tailored for writing, productivity, and more.

Section 1.4: Output Formats: A Hidden Gem

After extracting data using a GPT, you might need it in a specific format, like Excel. If a direct export isn’t possible, you can ask ChatGPT to format the output as CSV.

Simply copy the data, paste it into a text document, and save it as a .csv file—voilà! Your data will be ready for use in Excel or any other software you prefer.

Imagine needing to insert a complex math formula into a document. Instead of struggling with syntax, upload a screenshot of the formula to ChatGPT and request a translation to LaTeX format. This feature can save you time and ensure accuracy.
