Today’s generation faces a mental health crisis because many seek fulfillment outside themselves—often in romantic partners. I, too, was part of that narrative until I discovered the teachings of unity and the mirror exercise, which enlightened me to this truth.

If you neglect to provide these essential aspects for yourself, you'll perpetually search for peace in external situations. Remember, all you seek is already within you.
