Quick and Easy Cash Flow Strategies for Your Business

Chapter 1: Quick Cash Flow Solutions
Are you in need of an immediate cash flow enhancement for your business?
I focus on straightforward offers that yield quick results. These are simple products or services designed to convert easily, requiring minimal effort to set up, while providing instant benefits to your clients. Here are my top recommended offers—let me know if you try one this week!
Section 1.1: Consulting or Mentoring Sessions
One of the quickest and simplest offers you can provide is an hour of consulting or mentoring. This is undoubtedly the fastest offer to create and share with your audience. You can set this up in just one hour.
All you need is a booking system to facilitate your offer (I personally use and recommend Book Like A Boss). You will create a single page where individuals can book, pay, and secure a date and time for a one-on-one session with you via Zoom.
If you've ever clicked on my "Book a Consultation" link at the bottom of my weekly newsletters, you’ll recognize this offer. It accounts for about 20% of my business revenue, and now that it’s established, all I have to do is show up on Zoom and discuss topics where I have expertise (like Simplifying Business) with my clients.
I keep my offer straightforward, and if you want to create a similar one, feel free to use that link above, modify it, and replace my offer features with your own. This is an excellent resource to share when someone asks to "pick your brain" 😎.
Subsection 1.1.1: Pre-selling a Short Course
Designing a course doesn't need to be complicated. Take the top five questions your clients frequently ask, record your answers, and share links to relevant resources that complement your responses. You can upload your video, transcript, and resource links to a simple course platform like Teachable (affiliate link) or ThriveCart, and voilà—you have your first passive product ready for sale.
An even simpler method is to sell your course before it’s created. This strategy allows you to gauge interest in your offer and determine whether your community is willing to pay for it before you invest time in developing it.
Create a straightforward sales page (using the systems mentioned earlier), explain how your course will benefit potential buyers, include a brief section about your qualifications and experience in the field, and let them pre-purchase it. Ensure that the course release date is prominently displayed at the top, middle, and bottom of your sales page, clarifying that customers are buying now and will access the course later.
If people pre-purchase before the release date, you can then create the course and send them access when it’s ready.
Section 1.2: Selling Templates from Past Work
Another excellent way to generate income is by selling templates based on work you’ve already completed. This could involve your client onboarding emails, high-performing social media posts, or launch emails. Essentially, you can transform any of your standard operating procedures (SOPs) into templates for others in your niche to purchase and utilize. Since you’ve already created these materials, the workload is minimal—you just need to create a sales page and a thank-you page with a link to your template. This serves as a fantastic resource for your customers, saving them hours of work.
If you need assistance in creating any of these offers tailored to your business, or if you have questions about how to use the systems I've mentioned, feel free to book a consultation, and we can work through it together!
