In a world that often feels dark and flawed, the beauty of flowers can serve as a reminder of love and hope.
As we study history, we realize that we are also living through significant events today. The ongoing crisis in Ukraine illustrates the depth of human suffering. From a distance, it’s easy to feel helpless, especially as I sit in my comfortable home on a Caribbean island, aware of my limitations.
Nevertheless, I am filled with admiration for the brave souls who rise to the challenge, not only in Ukraine but across the globe. The volunteers from various nations who stand shoulder to shoulder with Ukrainians exemplify remarkable courage.

Acts of kindness and courage are everywhere, showcasing the universe's immense strength in combating evil. This collective resilience can make facing adversity feel a little less daunting. While some engage in physical battles, others can contribute through spiritual and emotional means. We can meditate, pray, and spread messages of peace and love while sharing beauty and hope.
