Exploring Life Beyond the Matrix: 18 Transformative Changes
Written on
Unplugging from the Matrix was an arduous journey for me, one that was anything but straightforward. I embarked on this path due to unhappiness and health issues while still inside the Matrix.
Choosing to break free from the Matrix involved a deep dive into my own suffering. Though I didn't fully grasp the concept of the Matrix at the time, I recognized the need to reshape my reality. Over the course of about seven years—a complete life cycle—I’ve committed myself to continual improvement, and I’m pleased to report that I’ve incorporated many beneficial practices into my daily routine.
Here, I’d like to share some of these transformative changes with you.
Hydration
I consume filtered copper water mixed with lime or lemon and a sprinkle of sea salt. I also enjoy adding organic apple cider vinegar or ginger to my water. Daily hydration comes from fruits like watermelon and coconut. Additionally, I use filtered water for showers, as the quality of tap water has significantly declined in recent decades.
Laundry Practices
My laundry routine now involves washing clothes with washing soda and soap nuts.
Flexible Schedules
I no longer rely on alarm clocks and seldom adhere to strict schedules. Instead, I take walks in nature almost every day.
Biohacking Techniques
I incorporate various substances into my routine, including bentonite clay, NAD+, shilajit, vitamin B, activated charcoal, lysine (to prevent cold sores), fenugreek (to balance hormones and enhance milk supply), echinacea (for immune support), chlorella, niacin, turkey tail, cordyceps, lion’s mane, reishi, and a variety of herbal teas, including blue lotus. I don’t use these supplements constantly but rather listen to my body and respond to its needs.
Plant-Based Remedies
When I feel unwell, I prefer natural remedies like an anti-inflammatory paste made from turmeric, honey, black pepper, and ginger, rather than conventional Western medicine. I find echinacea effective for boosting my immune system and typically rely on it during illness.
No Conventional Shampoos
I’ve stopped using conventional shampoos and soaps. Instead, I create my own shampoo using soap nuts and flaxseed liquid. For skin and hair care, I use castor oil or coconut oil, steering clear of products laden with harmful chemicals. I occasionally use baking soda for underarm cleanliness and as an exfoliant for my face and neck.
Oral Care Changes
Instead of traditional toothpaste with synthetic fluoride, I opt for an organic fluoride-free alternative. I also utilize a Miswak toothbrush (which contains small amounts of natural fluoride), a metal tool for interdental cleaning, and a tongue scraper to eliminate bacteria.
Dietary Choices
My diet consists mainly of organic, fresh foods while steering clear of highly processed items and those high in sugar and salt. I quit alcohol while preparing for an Iboga flood dose and have not returned to it since. I don't miss alcohol and occasionally enjoy kava.
Regular Movement
I maintain a consistent exercise routine that includes HIIT, yoga, and running, ensuring I stretch daily.
Sun Exposure
I prioritize getting adequate sunlight each day. Rather than using sunscreen, I wear hats and long linen clothing on hot days to protect my skin. I avoid sunbathing but enjoy a healthy tan.
- Body Respect
I treat my body as a sacred space, honoring its needs.
- Mindful Microdosing
Following my experiences with Ayahuasca and Iboga, I have started to mindfully microdose shamanic medicines.
- Mental Training
I meditate daily and practice concentration exercises before bedtime, allowing me to remain aware of my thoughts and change them when necessary. I actively shape my own reality.
- Embracing Simplicity
My life may be straightforward, but it is rich in abundance and joy. I reject hustle culture and focus on what truly matters—spending quality time with loved ones.
- Avoiding Negative Influences
I consciously distance myself from negative energies and toxic environments, finding shopping centers and large gatherings draining.
- Valuing Peace and Harmony
I cherish peace and harmony, enjoying beach days and ocean swimming. I no longer seek out coffee outings or gossip, as they no longer resonate with me.
- Future Aspirations
I am enthusiastic about sharing my future plans and projects, although I currently lack the funds. Nevertheless, I am confident that I will achieve my goals as I have in the past.
- Embracing Freedom
As a free spirit, I revel in life each day. I recognize the value of life and avoid wasting energy on material pursuits. I feel liberated, joyful, and abundant, grateful for the plant teachers and psychedelic experiences that guided me here.
These are the significant lifestyle changes I’ve made thus far. I recognize that there’s still much to learn, but this journey feels authentic, and I have no intention of returning to the Matrix.
What about you? What healthy changes could you incorporate into your daily life? I would love to hear your thoughts!
Much love and Namasté, Alina www.alinapitt.com
